EPFC Youth Club - Kids Parties

New for 2023 we would like to offer exclusively to youth club parents the clubhouse for kids parties.

This includes

● Clubhouse exclusive use between 11am and 1pm Saturdays.

● Free table football table

● Free Pool (12 years and up)

● Party Speaker (bluetooth connection to phones)

● Bar open for parents

● Serving bowls and trays

 

Prices:

Clubhouse only £40

Clubhouse and kitchen £50

 

Want to make life easier?

We can also supply for you 50 cups and plates, napkins and unlimited squash by the jug for just £25

 

Want to make life even easier?

We can supply and put up party decorations in advance for £15. Three themes, football, birthday or plain.

 

2 hours not enough?

Add an extra hour for £15 This is an exclusive offer to EPFC Youth only.

Simply email admin@eastprestonfc.co.uk with the date, age group and requirements and we will get back to you.

 

A few important bits of information

The club is not providing party games or child care. The party holder is responsible for these. This is for the hire of the venue and facilities only.

All personal items do need removing from the club on the day of the party, we cannot store or be responsible for personal items.

Maximum of 40 children per party.

If setting up yourself we would open for you 45 minutes in advance and 30 minutes after for take down.

£10 breakage deposit, returned after party.

50% payment on booking. Non refundable once 2 weeks away from the party date to cover club costs.

Early booking is recommended to ensure we can make staff available on the day.
